The Vedic Meditation course offered by Lokha spans four days, totaling eight hours. Participants learn an ancient technique using a personal mantra to calm the mind and release stress, with no need for guided audios or lifestyle changes. Sessions include meditation practice, stress release discussions, and the integration of meditation into daily life.
Courses are available monthly, starting in February until July 2025, with limited availability.
